Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms of Service (ToS) carefully before placing an order to avoid cancellations during the process.I will only proceed with your order once you have read and agreed to all the terms. By placing an order, I assume you have accepted the terms outlined below.If you have any questions or concerns regarding the rules or any other matters, feel free to reach out to me.
Order Process
Order Placement & Initial Payment: I receive the order, and the customer pays a 50% upfront deposit. The next step will begin only after this payment is received.
Sketching Phase: Initial rough sketch is created and refined into a detailed sketch.
Finalizing the Clean Sketch & Second Payment: Once the clean sketch is approved, the remaining 50% payment is required. Work will continue only after this payment is received.
Rendering & Finalization: The artwork is fully rendered and completed.
Deadline: The estimated completion time is 2-3 weeks, depending on the type of commission, level of detail, and your position in the queue. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen health issues or urgent commitments. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated!
Commission Requirements
Please provide the reference of your character, along with details, and descriptions.
Include all necessary photo references, such as poses, expressions, or any specific details you want.
I will only draw your character in my art style, so make sure you’re fully comfortable with it before commissioning me! 💖
The default size is 8"x10" RGB color, 300dpi, PNG file. You can change or customize it as you please. You can also request for transparent background file.
I will do my best to bring your character to life! 🥰
I reserve the right to cancel the commission if it is unfeasible or not in my best interest.
My artwork cannot be used for AI training or NFTs. 🚫
Rules & Payments
All payments must be made Via Paypal. Tips are appreciated!
Maximum 2 revisions only during sketch and clean sketch stages. Additional or major revisions will incur fee starting $5 USD depending on difficulty.
50% of payment is required right after placing orders and 50% left after the clean sketch is approved.
Payments are non-refundable.
If payment is not completed within 48 hours, the commission will be automatically canceled.
Please do not send any payment until I have confirmed your slot and officially requested payment.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artistic service only. I retain full copyrights over my work. If you wish to resell, edit, or modify the artwork, please request permission first.
Any form of tracing, theft, copying, heavy referencing, or claiming my work as someone else’s is strictly prohibited.
For commercial use (mass production, selling, or printing), please discuss the terms with me beforehand.
When sharing or using the artwork, credit me as @AruSauce or provide a link to my social media profile.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social platforms or use it as a sample on my portfolio/website. If you prefer to keep the commission private, an additional 10% fee of the total price will apply.
